My Life is Based on a True Story – Round 2

Heather Lindsay

Motueka

Family and friends provide us with ups and downs, good times and bad, and most of all stories to tell. I told a set of stories last year and I have more to tell this year. You will laugh out loud.

I come from a family of good story tellers.

Being the youngest of four I soaked it all in, and over the years I have told stories at events like 'Couch Stories', 'True Stories Told Live' and three times at 'Moth Stories' in Portland Oregon.

I enjoy that feeling of sharing a good laugh with others. I'm now into my 70's. What better time could their be to get these tales out, have a good laugh and share some common themes of being human.

Last year I had three sold out shows at the Nelson Fringe.

I have more stories to tell from the rich tapestry of foibles and woe provided by my family and friends over the last 70+ years.

Join me, as I get these sometime recognisable and embarrassing memories off my chest.
