The kids of Little Stars Youth Theatre are excited to bring you their production of Macbeth. But when an emergency broadcast announces the incoming end of the world (in exactly 43 minutes), the young cast evacuates, leaving only their director behind.
The show must go on… right?
As Jill attempts to save the show, it devolves into an existential solo comedy exploring queerness and OCD, with an epic guitar solo.
Young & Wise was formed by Jill Young and Calliope Weisman in 2023 with the debut performance of this show under the original title, Little Stars Youth Theater presents Macbeth (a solo show) at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. They have since toured the show internationally, most recently winning two Derek Awards at Edinburgh Fringe. There are currently six official members of the theatre company.
